At Kotis, remote doesn’t mean isolated. We are fully invested in providing remote teams with the same collaborative work environment that Kotis was founded on while supporting employee’s desire for work/life balance. We have a ‘video first’ approach in order to build connections within and across teams—you can expect to hop on video calls with fellow Kotisians every day, as well as fun virtual weekly “watercooler” meeting with your team. Currently 70% of our workforce regularly or exclusively works remote and it’s growing. We’ll provide the equipment and training, as well as unique perks to help you feel engaged and included.

Our warehouses and print shops, located in Ogden, UT and Fairfield, OH, are the epicenter of creating amazing Kotis-made swag. No experience in our industry? No problem! We provide extensive training from industry experts and as you build your skills, you will earn chances to progress your career. We are looking for crafty, creative individuals intent on creating amazing products and who want to work in a unique and fast-paced environment. Additionally, we offer a robust PTO program that allows you to start accruing time off from your first day.

At Kotis we are focused on a work-life balance and understand that not everyone can work 9-5. With our part-time flexible option, employees can choose shifts during the week that fit their life. Maybe you have kids that you want to pick up from school? Or you just really hate the crowds at Costco during the weekend? Or maybe 2020 shook you and you just can’t bring yourself to rejoin the workforce full time – this option is for you!

We’re the brand behind the brand, the makers of amazing merch & swag management that’s meant to amplify our client’s message and connect their people.  We tackle every project with unbridled enthusiasm, promising to make our clients’ lives easier and thrill their people.

 

Founded in Seattle in 2003, we expanded our production facilities to Ohio and Utah as we continue to disrupt the traditional promotional products industry–owning the end-to-end workflow of product & design ideation, custom screen printing, retail-quality knitting, e-commerce solutions, warehousing + fulfillment, and more – all to serve our clients better. Ready to join the party?
