At Kotis, remote doesn’t mean isolated. We are fully invested in providing remote teams with the same collaborative work environment that Kotis was founded on while supporting employee’s desire for work/life balance. Currently, 75% of our workforce is fully remote across 14 different states, and it’s growing. We have a ‘video first’ approach in order to build connections within and across teams—you can expect to hop on video calls with fellow Kotisians every day, as well as fun virtual weekly “watercooler” meeting with your team. Teams have participated in remote events from virtual escape rooms to chocolate tastings, and we are always finding new ways to inject fun into our workday.

Founded in Seattle in 2003, we expanded our production facilities to Ohio and Utah as we continue to disrupt the traditional promotional products industry–owning the end-to-end workflow of product & design ideation, retail-quality knitting, e-commerce solutions, warehousing + fulfillment, and more – all to serve our clients better.
