1. Receiving

We handle everything from individual packages to full truck loads. All items go through a robust quality control process. Since swag is all we handle, we know what to check for – misprints, prop 65 compliance, hazardous items, etc.

• We check to ensure the quality, material, logo, size, etc. match what’s expected.
• We count 1% of the order to ensure it matches spec. If that % fails, we count 2% more.
• If the incoming count does not match the expected count, a second person counts.
• We won’t check anything in that does not have the correct paperwork.

2. Picking

Your items are grouped so things can be picked with speed and accuracy. All inventory is connected to our software platform for real time data and visibility.

• Tablets: Pickers use tablets to ensure the item matches what was ordered.
• Cycle counting: we blind count daily, meaning our team counts items without knowing the quantity that should be there.
• <50 counts: We count items with stock under 50 ensuring the items you use regularly (or are close to being out of stock) are accurate.

3. Packing

We treat every order as if it was our own. We prioritize eco packaging like kraft tape, in all we do. If you need custom packaging or hand-written notes, we can do that too. Your swag is in good hands.

• Our packer is a different person than the picker, meaning every order is double checked.
• Each picked item is individually compared on screen to the item ordered.
• Any discrepancy is set aside for a 3rd person to review.

We have two central distribution centers to give clients 95% coverage of the entire country within a 2 day ship (when was the last time you really needed swag in less than 2 days?) Your sales and events team will love how fast items arrive and how it makes everything easier.
