Ways to stay connected

Video First
Use a “Video First” strategy to break down the initial resistance to video chats and make it the standard form of communication. After a bit, it becomes second nature and connects your team much more than text or voice only.

“Watercooler” Meetings
Play with group video chats where people take turns leading with a set of questions for a fun, non work discussion. We call ours “water coolers” while others have done virtual happy hours. Whatever you call it, keep it light and fun.
