We support single sign-on to streamline employee access—no separate Kotis account or manual admin setup required. Our SSO integrations include Google Workspace, Azure Active Directory, OKTA, and SAML.

You choose access levels, products displayed and pricing for each portal.

We undergo a third-party SOC 2 Type 2 audit annually that covers a wide range of security measures. We have additional information about those procedures here.

We support single sign-on as a method for authenticating and authorizing employees to log in to your Kotis program. This eliminates the need for another account exclusive to Kotis and for an administrator to manage user access. We support SSO for Google Workspace, Azure Active Directory, OKTA, and SAML.

What is your quarterly fee?
See our pricing page for more details.
If you spend more than $5,000 a quarter on swag, the $1500 quarterly fee is waived.
In the past, clients often purchased lots of inventory upfront to stock their stores, only to undergo a rebrand or shift in direction later in the year. As a result, a portion of the inventory would become obsolete and gather dust on our shelves. Instead, we encourage producing smaller batches throughout the year which has enabled us to offer more precise inventory recommendations and maintain flexibility in response to business changes.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding is tailored to your needs with dedicated Kotis reps there every step of the way. Learn how the platform works, from navigating the system to creating your first order. We’ll also discuss what events or milestones you need swag for. Whatever your priorities are, we’ll adapt to make sure your deadlines are met.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship globally from both of our warehouses (Cincinnati OH and Salt Lake City UT). Most clients save a decent amount when switching to our domestic and international shipping, which uses a proprietary shipping algorithm to rate shop every order. Learn more on our shipping page.
We currently do not offer warehousing outside the US, but we’re exploring options to source and produce swag in other countries to help mitigate certain conflicts with shipping to countries with more difficult customs, like India and Brazil.
Do you have on-demand capabilities?
Most of our client’s swag is made via bulk printing and then stored in our warehouse ready to ship out right away. We believe it provides better quality swag at the best prices with the fastest fulfillment times for end users.
However, we’re exploring on-demand capabilities for certain use cases where it makes sense. If you’d like to understand the difference between bulk vs. on-demand printing, check out our blog post here.
Many vendors pitch the same boring products. Can you access anything unique?
We have access to more brands than anyone, from top retail brands to up-and-coming boutique brands. Our swag experts will assess your goals and present a showcase of items that fit your needs. There are almost no limits to what we can procure.

What are your turnaround times from concept to delivery?
Times vary depending on the complexity and scale of your project. Our in-house design team can produce amazing ideas in a short amount of time. Once you approve the art, production and shipping can take around 2–3 weeks.
All of this being said, if you’re in a rush, there are options for expediting production and shipping on certain items.
