Easier to maneuver than a Chef’s Knife, and more versatile than a paring knife, the Utility Knife has just the right proportions to feel nimble in your hand for the small stuff (cocktail wedge, anyone?), but big enough to take on bigger jobs too (like breaking down your whole farmers’ market haul). Think of it as your new best friend in the kitchen.
• Bread Knife- When it’s a bit tough on the outside but soft on the inside (sounds like most chefs we know!), the H&B Bread Knife is the tool for the job. The serrated edge gives you the bite you need to get that perfect slice, and the slight angle of the cutting edge makes for more comfortable and versatile handling, so you can take on whatever is in front of you.
