As you’ve probably seen, there are serious supply chain challenges in most industries, including promo. We’re seeing labor constraints, supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, increased costs (from raw materials to packaging) and shipping delays across all carriers (international and domestic).

Here’s what we’ve been working on to help alleviate the issues when it comes to your orders, and how you can help out as well.

More Decorators
We expanded our third-party decorating services to accommodate the upswing in orders and to get them out the door quicker.

Supplier Communication
We’re working closely with our top suppliers to be in the know on any inventory issues or production timelines, as well as providing alternative product options to meet in-hands dates.

More Kotisians
We’ve been hiring, a lot… especially on teams most affected by the issues such as Operations, Account Management, and our two production facilities.

More Decorators

What you can do to help
Here are a few things you can keep in mind when working on your next project.

  • Plan ahead – If we have more time, there’s a greater chance we can create your desired merch.
  • Be flexible – Products could have longer lead times, or we may need to look at alternative options.
  • Have a backup – In case your item is out of stock, have a backup option in mind.
  • Have files ready – Help streamline your order by sending good art files and having shipping addresses ready.
