Why Kotis?
When adding knitting capabilities to our overseas sourcing options, we set out to make the best scarves and beanies… ones that match what you see in retail. Using specially designed knitting machines, the softest acrylic yarn, and a design team that knows how to design for the medium, we’ve done just that. With endless color, pattern and decoration possibilities, there is a look for everyone.
Fully Custom Designs
Nothing stock here, whatever you want, we’ll knit it. We have a design team that knows knitting and is ready to mock up your scarf.
Low MOQ
We want everyone to be able to order sweet custom scarves, so we tried really hard to keep the minimums low.
Softest Yarn
We scoured the lands for the softest acrylic yarn we could get our hands on. Your neck will thank us.
Hi-Def Knitting
When knitting, the gauge matters (# of stitches per inch). A higher count provides more resolution for the design, which opens up new possibilities. The machines we use are as high def as it gets for scarves.

You can use up to 4 colors from our stock yarn color list.
We have a plethora of common yarn colors that should cover most of your needs (check out the approximate PMS colors listed here.
However, we can match specific PMS colors as well.
Another yarn idea is to marl 2 colors together for a blended look. Learn more bout marling.
We have a ton of fashion forward textures to give your beanie a unique and retail look (plus our designers love playing with different ways to use them for your brand). See our heathered yarns, how we can marl 2 yarn colors together, and all the other pattern options like ripple stripe and ribbing.
Using these patterns is also a great way to create a blended color combo that a solid color may not provide.
